Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Liz Centre, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within Pakistan.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier service availability at the customer's provided address.

Orders may be delivered to major cities as well as other serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during:

• Sales and promotional periods.
• Public holidays.
• High-volume order periods.
• Unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, courier service, or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are responsible for providing a valid phone number and accurate delivery address.

Customers should remain available to receive the order and pay the applicable amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

• Full name.
• Complete delivery address.
• Active phone number.
• City and area.

Liz Centre will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, or the address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the parcel to us.

If an order is returned because of the customer's failure to receive it, additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although we work with reliable courier services, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, operational issues, or other unforeseen events.

If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If the package appears severely damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact Liz Centre as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos of the package and product.

Claims relating to damaged or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order details and photographs/videos of the received package where requested. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

11. Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or other order information, contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
